• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• Refunds cannot be issued on non-returnable items (such as certain personal care goods, limited editions, or final sale products).

2. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a notification of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where Le Place Du Marché is at fault.
